Long Term Rentals are usually considered at least 6 months. We can offer also placement services through our licensed Real Estate Agents we work with. After the placement, you can be sure your rental will be collected and be at your account. If there will be any problem with the collection of rental, you will have no doubt to learn about it and to take care of it immediately. We do have legal partners also that we work together. Company’s partner is a lawyer as well. However, do not worry, we advise and take care of the placement of the tenant in a way that you can be sure of not encountering problems like that.
